Powered by Intergraph PP&M, the new Intergraph FreeView Converter is a utility used to convert .vue files used by SmartPlant FreeView to the .iFV format, which can be viewed on an Apple iPad. The new Intergraph FreeView for iPad is available in the Apple app store and is free to download.

With Freeview, users can walk through plant models and select any object in the view to see its associated plant properties (MDB2 file). Easy-to-use, on-screen motion controls allow even the most casual user to easily navigate complex 3D plants with no training. The SmartPlant FreeView and the iPad app allow clients, managers, engineers, and site personnel to all collaborate in the design process.
